Formulated without
Start with clean, dry skin. Dispense a small amount of massage gel into your hands. Rub your hands together to warm the gel. Apply the gel to the desired area and massage in circular motions. Continue massaging until the gel is fully absorbed into the skin.
For a more relaxing and therapeutic experience, warm the massage gel slightly before application and use it after a bath or shower when your muscles are most relaxed.
